Why there's so little to break
Most small-business sites run WordPress with a theme and a pile of plugins from different developers, and every update can knock something over. Ours are hand-coded static pages: no plugins, no database, no admin screen for bots to hammer. Less software means less to go wrong.
How changes get made
Send Roger a text or an email: new holiday hours, a price bump, a photo from last week's job. It's done under your plan. If it turns into a new page, you'll see the price before any work starts.

What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us and we fix it. With no database or plugins, outages are rare.
Will you host a site another company built?
Generally no. The service is built around the sites we make. If yours runs on WordPress or a builder, we'll help you decide whether to fix it or replace it.
Can I move the site somewhere else?
Sites we build stay on our hosting, which is how we keep them quick and patched and why small edits cost nothing extra. Your monthly rate is locked as long as you stay.
